MNCAA’s capital sourcing services parallel the quality and scope offered by large investment banking organisations, while still offering the personalized service of a small firm. MNCAA raises capital for companies, projects, private equity funds and venture capital funds.
Before taking on a capital raising assignment, MNCAA reviews the proposed transaction to determine whether the proposed transaction is executable. If MNCAA elects to take-on a transaction, we work with the Company/Sponsor to structure it so that it meets international funding standards and investor expectations. MNCAA also works with management to prepare investor documentation such as the Placement Memorandum and Financial Model amongst others.
Through their 45+ years of experience, MNCAA has developed an investor and funding network that spans the globe. We have high-level connections a number of DFIs, sovereign wealth funds, African Pension Funds and African-focused private equity funds. Additionally, MNCAA’s investor network includes HNWIs, family offices and strategic industry investors – including telecommunication operators, large international mining companies and energy companies.
Fees are individually negotiated for each transaction and depend on the complexity and expected work required on each transaction. We require a Commitment Fee and Success Fee on each transaction that we elect to take on.
Recent mandates include:
